At Huxley Hive, we believe in a decentralized approach to managing our team and workload. We have adopted the following methods to ensure efficiency and collaboration within our organization:
We have organized ourselves into guilds, each focused on a specific area of expertise. This allows for more focused and specialized discussions, as well as increased collaboration within each guild.
For each sprint we define some objectives and projects we want to focus on, at the start of each season we do a voting to redefine guild leaders.
Each guild is responsible for the execution of one or more projects. These projects are aligned with our mission and vision and are managed by a project manager appointed by the guild.
We use a combination of online tools, such as Discord and Notion, to communicate and collaborate effectively. Additionally, we hold regular meetings, both online and in-person, to discuss progress, identify challenges, and make important decisions.
We believe in a decentralized approach to decision making. Guilds and project managers have autonomy in making decisions that align with our mission and vision. However, major decisions are made through a voting process open to all members.
We use tools such as Dework to effectively manage our workload and ensure that all tasks and deadlines are met. Additionally, we conduct regular reviews to assess the workload of each individual and make adjustments as necessary.
